Since 2010 I have been training groups and individuals become healthier and happier. My years of global exposure into behaviour and research helped me greatly as I went on to create, test and teach wellbeing modules based on Mindfulness, Yoga, Vedic Philosophy, Psycho-Sensory Interactions etc. I am a pioneer into Personalised Ayurvedic Perfumery.
Currently my clients include organisations like Linkedin, EY, Discovery Channel, Hyatt, etc. My startup Me Met Me has won various national and international awards for innovation, social commitment etc from UNDP, Government of India, PPMA UK, Women & Child Ministry etc. I have had over 100 TV episodes and been published in various media. I collaborate with educational institutions and NGOs to research and develop methods to improve quality of life.
